Executive Chef Jeremy Fike has crafted a special four-course menu designed to pair alongside a selection of Terre Rouge wines, beginning with arrival hors d’oeuvres and Viognier before moving through an evening of seasonal dishes and thoughtfully selected pairings.
From Camembert Pumpkin Soup and Dungeness Crab Ravioli to Maple Steak and Flourless Chocolate Torte, each course brings together Chef Jeremy’s menu with the distinctive wines of Terre Rouge.
