Rhoda G.LLC proudly presents a soulful R&B concert featuring two incredible saxophonists in a night of nothing but duets Rhoda is one of the most in-demand and beloved saxophonists in St. Louis. Rhoda has been fortunate enough to perform as far as in Dubai to almost every major stage in her own city. In 2017, Rhoda competed in the Amateur Night At The Apollo competition at the world famous Apollo Theater in Harlem, NY. She made it to the final round by taking first place in the first and second round and second place in the final third round. Rhoda has performed with and opened for acclaimed artists such as Donnie McClurkin, Daryl Coley, Vickie Winans, Chante Moore, Donell Jones, Carl Thomas, Naughty By Nature, Freddie Jackson, After 7 and many more. One of the most followed St. Louis rooted musicians on Tik-Tok.
Kelvin Evans is a gifted saxophonist from Marion, Alabama, who proudly calls St. Louis home. From humble beginnings, Kelvin began his musical journey as a self-taught musician, discovering his natural talent the very first time he held a saxophone—teaching himself his first song within minutes. Over the past 25+ years, he has traveled the country, sharing stages with both local favorites and nationally recognized acts. His dedication and artistry have earned him numerous awards, including the prestigious 2019–2020 St. Louis Musician of the Year, along with many other accolades. Whether performing in intimate venues or on grand stages, Kelvin’s music blends skill, soul, and sincerity, reflecting a lifelong passion that began with a single note and continues to inspire audiences everywhere he plays.
