Dust off your carnival masks (we know you have them somewhere!) and join us for the wild, mysterious, and passionate music of the Italian Baroque and composers connected with the great city of Venice. Everyone wants to join in at Carnival, and composers were no exception. Composers from all over were influenced by the distinctive style of the Venetian masters. Prepare to be swept away as we unmask these treasures.(PS: We are serious about the carnival masks – we would be thrilled to see folks in costume!)
