Rewrite Your Yoga Story is a 4-week, small-group series led by Colleen and designed for anyone rebuilding their yoga practice after injury, surgery, or simply reimagining what their practice looks like in their current life circumstances.Each 2-hour session includes open discussions about physical limitations, shifting abilities, and the emotional impact of change. Participants will explore how to transform their inner dialogue, release what no longer serves them, and approach their practice with compassion and clarity.
Students will receive individualized guidance, personalized pose modifications, and practical plans of action tailored to their bodies. The workshop supports participants in developing confidence, understanding their options, and stepping into a more empowered and sustainable yoga practice—both in class and at home.
