Trauma-informed women’s narrative workshop to reclaim your story, build resilience, and connect through guided reflection & community.
About this Event

Our stories are shaped by family, culture, relationships, and lived experiences. Over time, these influences can quietly shape how we see ourselves and the choices we make.

Now in its second year, Rewriting the Story is a half-day workshop designed to help you explore those influences with greater awareness, reconnect with your values, and begin living with greater intention. Through guided reflection, expressive writing, meaningful discussion, and experiential activities, you'll discover what you want to carry forward and what you're ready to leave behind.

Grounded in narrative practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care, this workshop offers practical, evidence-based tools in a supportive community of women committed to growth, authenticity, and meaningful connection.

Your registration includes:

  • A guided workbook
  • Reflective writing and experiential activities
  • Light refreshments
  • A supportive space for connection and personal growth

The workshop is facilitated by Dr. Sarah Baquet and Dr. Ashley Rodriguez. We look forward to welcoming you for an afternoon of reflection, connection, and intentional growth.
