Info: The National Healthcareer Association (NHA) requires Certified Clinical Medical Assistants (CCMAs) to recertify every two years to maintain their credential. Recertification ensures that medical assistants stay current with evolving healthcare practices, regulations, and patient care standards.

Info: The National Healthcareer Association (NHA) requires Certified Phlebotomy Technicians (CPT) to renew their certification every two years to ensure they stay current with best practices, safety standards, and evolving healthcare regulations.

Info: In this session, medical professionals will gain an understanding of what is medical trauma. We will explore how medical trauma can happen to anyone including the patient and care giver. We will identify the strategies that medical professionals can take in order to prevent trauma and/or re-traumatization, as well as their role as a leader.

Info: Participants will identify and articulate at least three personal strengths or values that can guide their career decisions. They will develop a customized action plan with specific, time-bound steps to advance their career pathways. Participants will demonstrate the ability to evaluate potential career opportunities by applying anchoring strategies discussed during the session.
