What do you believe and why? What are your patterns and behaviors? Where did they come from? It did not start with you. You must realize that your thoughts are the results of who you are today. Your thoughts will reflect who you become. Your future. So, a man thinketh, so is he!

This workshop will be a day to tackle negative thoughts, patterns, and what has us stuck. The hope is that we will be able to identify stumbling blocks, recognize lies, and replace them with truth. This truth will serve as a tool to assist in dismantling things to correct the perception of self and the world we live in.
