The Rewire is the second workshop in The Triptych Sessions, a three-part series for Chattanooga leaders ready to close the distance between knowing AI and operating with it, personally and organizationally.

The Audit (Session #1, June 18) was about how you personally implement AI. The Rewire is about your team.

We'll open with a 10-minute recap of what The Audit covered — the three patterns, the five non-negotiables, the four AI "team members" every leader should hire — so you're oriented before we dig into what's new.

Shorter, more focused than The Audit, 90 minutes designed for a busy midweek lunch slot. Working session format is preserved: you'll do at least one hands-on exercise applied to your company.
