REWILDING WORKSHOP: Full Moon Women Circle What is REWILDING? REWILDING are women circles that take place every full moon and new moon. These circles are open to men as well but the theme remains understanding the nuances and the power of the feminine energy in a masculine world. How are REWILDING sessions conducted? REWILDING sessions are therapeutic and healing in nature. The two areas that we work with are somatic practices (body related) and sound therapy. Along with breath work, meditation, story sharing, journaling, finding our voice both literally and metaphorically and much more. I am a man, why should I attend this session? Both men and women have both the feminine energy as well as the masculine energy with them. The idea is to find a balance between the two. These women circles are beneficial for both men and women as the concept of REWILDING is understating and embracing the paradigm shift and letting the feminine energy within us guide us through intuition, creativity and compassion. Is REWILDING a spiritual session? These sessions are focused on the unseen, the hidden, the soul. In this case, there is a spiritual connection along with an emphasis on empirical approach to both soma (body) and sound. Who is REWILDING for? REWILDING is for everyone. Especially if you are at a crossroad in your life, or you are looking for a deeper sense of community, or looking to find like minded people, or if you wish to shut the chatter of the mind and move to the body and the breath along with exploring deeper feelings and emotions.
