FACILITATOR: Kev Reeder is a certified Mindfulness Instructor with 35 years experience as meditator/mindfulness practitioner. He has facilitated nature-based mental health, meditation and mindfulness groups, courses, workshops and retreats for many years. Kev is also an Awareness@Work consultant/coach.
