Rewild & Return

What if this winter wasn’t about pushing harder, fixing yourself, or becoming a better version of who you already are?
What if it was about letting go?
Letting go of the pressure to hold it all together.
The expectations you’ve outgrown.
The patterns that keep you small.
The version of yourself you learned to be so everyone else could be comfortable.
Join Tae and Ella for Rewild & Return — an immersive winter experience created to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, release what you’ve been carrying, and return to the parts of yourself that have been waiting for your attention.
Through somatic movement, intuitive yoga, ecstatic dance, crystal quartz sound baths, reflection, and optional 1:1 coaching, we’ll create space to explore what it means to live with less armor and more authenticity.
✨ Move without performing.
✨ Rest without earning it.
✨ Feel without needing to fix it.
✨ Make space for the person you’re becoming.
This isn’t about forcing a breakthrough or leaving as someone entirely different. It’s about creating enough space to hear yourself again — and learning how to carry that connection back into your everyday life.
Winter reminds us that not everything needs to bloom right now. Some seasons are meant for shedding, listening, rooting, and remembering.
You are allowed to have a season like that, too.
