This retreat supports the vision of the Great Turning. It is part of the ReWIld series which is an initiatory path to true adulthood (Wholeness). Anyone who is moved to join can apply.Immerse yourself in the teachings and inquires of Bill Plotkin, Joanna Macy, rites of passage processes, as we explore meditation, embodied movement, nature-based activities and soul infused art making. Our guides and elders are Jaime Howell, Bill McEwan, and Lois Mead-McEwan.
The theme is entering the heart mind imagination of the Soul, remembering the soul muse who knows something of your unique gift for the world. This facet of being human involves;
- Learning about shadow work
- Exploring the skills of deep imagination to attune to the earth's longing
- Honouring death, metamorphosis and transformation
- Amplifying the longing for soul encounter
- Dream work.
We will explore some or all of these themes using both solo and group inquires, heart-centered community building through song and movement , mythological storytelling and sharing circles. Sweat lodge ceremony and a deep art processes to attune to the intimation and intuitions of your mythopoetic identity.

This programme is a residential retreat taking place at Treesong in the Motueka Valley, Aotearoa
Costs $750 ( includes guiding, food, cook, accommodation options, elders)
Scholarship available on request. Priority to young adults who have a passion for this work and who would like to participate but have limited funds.
