So many of us live inside the weight of time as scarcity. The rush of the punch clock, the pressure to meet milestones, the fear that time is running out or has already passed us by. We inherit these patterns from capitalism, from our lineages, from the cultural belief that time must always be managed, measured, and kept under control.
Time is pressed into money, but also stretched into a long horizon where we are told to plan endlessly for the future, to achieve by certain ages, to measure our worth in what we have accomplished by the deadlines we set. We use time as a taskmaster, a way to push ourselves harder, to punish ourselves when we fall short, to keep ourselves always behind.
In this workshop, we will turn toward the spiral of time itself - the repetition of patterns and the possibility of new shapes. Together we will enter the ancestral field to meet the loyalties that bind us, to remember what our ancestors knew of time before it was fractured into scarcity, and to open to time as infinite, black and velvety, a river that carries us into connection rather than exhaustion.
Through guided reflection, constellation mapping, embodied practice and connecting with nature allies, we will weave both individual and collective explorations. The work of one ripples into the whole, as we become one body, one constellation, where each story and each integration reshapes the field we share.
We are limited to eighteen participants and expect this gathering to fill quickly. We cannot wait to be with you again soon.

We will take a break from 2- 3 pm. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or snacks, or visit one of the nearby cafés. We will provide tea, coffee and a light snack during our time together.
