Join Shiloh Sophia, one of our featured artists in our current art show at the Lewis studio, to explore the relationship between movement, right brain and left brain, the heart and the hands. We will gather together in Red Thread circle to explore what we are each seeking to create, manifest or transform. Then we will work together with journaling and simple line drawing to access a revolutionary idea!
This is not about making good art, just about moving the pen to activate the brain to receive greater insight, called Metacognitive Drawing. Shiloh Sophia is Sonoma County born and raised and has been leading MUSEA, global art movement centering Intentional Creativity.
