The Bill Memorial Library will host retired Groton teacher Julie Feindt-Cagle, on Tuesday, June 2, at 6 PM for a discussion of the book 355: The Women of Washington’s Spy Ring by Kit Sergeant. The Revolutionary Reads Book Discussion series is part of Groton’s Celebrating America’s 250th. Books are available for checkout at any of the three Groton libraries.Feindt-Cagle is a lifelong history enthusiast who shared her passion for the past as a docent and educator at the Hempsted Houses in New London and as a tour guide for the Thames River Heritage Park. She enjoys bringing local history to life through storytelling, education and community engagement.
