About this Event
This is a once-in-a-generation tour of historic houses that were standing during the American Revolution and were "Witness Houses" to significant events. Come see inside eight homes and visit the exterior and grounds of three more. Begin your tour at a recreation of Moore’s Tavern at its original site, Princeton Bank, Main & Union Sts. Present your Eventbrite confirmation at the Tavern to receive a map/guide of the designated tour sites. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. The sites are located along Main St. from Lenola Rd. to the start of Marne Hwy., plus Smith-Cadbury Mansion at 12 High St. Cases of recently discovered Revolutionary artifacts will be on display at Smith-Cadbury including coins, buttons, and buckles. Upon arrival at each location, scan a unique QR code that will bring up the story, photos and history of that house.
