REVOLUTION RUGBY - 暑期兒童欖球訓練班
☀️暑期欖球訓練由經驗豐富的專業教練帶領🏉：
1️⃣ 透過小遊戲讓孩子認識非撞式欖球(Try Rugby)基本比賽規則和體驗欖球運動的樂趣；
2️⃣ 教授孩子正確的欖球技巧和知識 (包括:傳接球技巧、進攻意識、支援和走位、防守配合和溝通等)；
3️⃣ 提供合適的平衡力、身體協調能力及敏捷度等訓練；
4️⃣ 透過訓練讓孩子明白和了解正確正面的運動態度和核心價值。
👦🏻👧🏼男女均可👨🏿👧🏻
按年齡分組訓練：4-6歲 • 7-8歲 • 9-12歲
🗓️7-8月 • 逢星期一、四 • 下午3時至4時
(7月13日、16日、20日、23日、27日、8月10日及13日 • 共7堂)

REVOLUTION RUGBY - KIDS RUGBY SUMMER PROGRAMME
☀️ Summer Rugby Programme Led by Experienced Professional Coaches 🏉
1️⃣ Fun mini-games to help children learn the basic match rules of non-contact rugby (Try Rugby) and discover the joy of playing rugby.
2️⃣ Coach children the correct rugby skills and knowledge, including: passing techniques, attacking concepts, support play and positioning, as well as defensive coordination and communication.
3️⃣ Build children‘s balancing, body coordination, and agility with age-appropriate training.
4️⃣ Help children understand the importance of positive sporting attitude and core values** through training.
👦🏻👧🏼All Genders Welcome👨🏿👧🏻
Age Groups:
• 4–6 years
• 7–8 years
• 9–12 years
🗓️July–August • Every Monday & Thursday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
