I'm trained in Conscious Emotional Release, Shamanic Breathwork, Trauma Awareness, Shadow Work, and many other mind-body-soul healing and empowerment modalities, which all contribute to the unique modality of magic that I weave into my teachings and being.
You'll be invited to look deeply inside of yourself, invite kindness, compassion and acceptance towards yourself, uphold healthy boundaries, speak your truth, and believe fully in your capability.
My passion is to create a world in which we all have more capacity in our nervous systems to hear, understand, tolerate and accept each other. I believe this starts with the work we do at Revive!
