Revive Health and Recovery Open House!

Revive Health and Recovery offers IOP services for:

• Primary Mental Health
• Primary Substance Use/Dual Diagnosis

We are unqiue in that we offer a true Primary Mental Health IOP group, as opposed to a dual-diagnosis only. We accept ages 18+ and are now accepting Colorado Medicaid!

Being a private practice, we are able to adjust our care to the patients we service based off of the patient needs. We offer in-person or telehealth services for our Mental Health IOP group, and virtual only (subject to change) for our Substance Use IOP group.

Join us for our open house to learn more about our services, network with community members, meet our staff, enjoy some refreshments, and enter a raffle for a fun giveaway! RSVP by July 22nd, 2024.
