Our 90-min Friday night session is designed to help you de-stress, re-boost your energy, and prepare you to thrive in the days ahead.Experience a fun, energetic, and uplifting atmosphere that will recenter your mind and release the accumulated stress of the past week. Come ready to rejuvenate your being and embrace the weekend with renewed energy.
Because we won't be going super deep for this one, this is a great opportunity for a first-time breather to explore how the breath can enhance their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
We will begin with a short intro to breathwork and then get right into breathing, which will make up roughly 45 mins of our time together. This session will be closed with relaxation and shares.
