Join us for Revive & Rewear: A Boutique Swap Experience, hosted by Fashionably Sustainable and Hula Hoop. This community clothing swap is open to everyone in Kansas City and is a chance to give your wardrobe—and someone else’s—a second life. Together, we’re supporting the HALO Foundation and promoting sustainable fashion in a fun, welcoming environment.
Here’s How It Works:
DONATE
Bring gently loved clothing—any size, any age, any style. Everything collected during the event will help support the HALO Foundation, which provides housing, healing, and education to homeless and at-risk youth in Kansas City. Your donation directly fuels their mission to give young people stability, confidence, and opportunities for a brighter future.
SWAP
When you bring items, they’ll be added to the community swap rack for everyone to browse. For every piece you donate, you can choose another to take home—making it easy to refresh your wardrobe in a fun, sustainable way. Fashionably Sustainable hosts the swap to keep great clothing in circulation and out of landfills, proving that fashion can be both stylish and eco-friendly.
SHOP
The swap happens inside Hula Hoop, Kansas City’s vintage-modern sip-and-shop boutique. Picture racks of colorful, curated fashion for all ages, styles, and sizes—plus statement accessories and local art sprinkled in. While the swap rack is for trading, everything else in the shop is available to purchase if something catches your eye. Grab a drink from the bar and take your time… at Hula Hoop, fashion always comes back around!

Anyone is welcome—bring your friends, family, and neighbors. Whether you’re clearing your closet, searching for unique finds, want to shop Hula Hoop, or simply want to support HALO, you’re invited to be part of this feel-good, fashion-forward event!
About the HALO Foundation
HALO supports homeless and at-risk youth by providing housing, healing, and education. Beyond meeting basic needs, HALO offers mentoring, life skills training, and creative opportunities to help youth navigate life’s challenges and build a strong foundation for the future. Every item you donate goes directly toward helping HALO continue this important work in our community.
