Step away from the noise, the doing and the endless demands of everyday life and come back to yourself in this beautiful luxe sanctuary space near Camden.

REVIVE & RESTORE is an intimate half-day Mature Eros experience combining movement, embodied meditation practices, deep rest and guided self-inquiry — created for women who spend much of their lives doing, giving and holding everything together.

We begin by awakening the body & resetting the nervous system through music, movement and energising practices before gradually slowing down and moving inward.

Expect a beautiful blend of cacao ritual • embodied movement • meditation • breath • inner inquiry • journalling • deep restoration • meaningful connection
