Info: Get ready to experience the Revival programming! We will be running 1 class time for 90 minutes - 45 minutes of our signature KickBox, high intensity strength + conditioning kickboxing, and 45 minutes of our signature RxStretch, an experience focused on stimulating joint mobility and muscle lengthening with resources to guide and support. Bring a water bottle, and yoga mat- no additional registration necessary!
