About this Event
In recent years, more attention has been given to the connection between emotional experiences and physical health.
Many people recognize that stress affects how they feel day to day, but few understand how past experiences and ongoing stress can influence the way the brain and body function over time.
In this complimentary educational workshop, Dr. Geck will explore the brain–body connection and how emotional stress can influence physical health.
Topics he will cover include:
• How physical and mental health are closely connected
• The relationship between past experiences and your current physical state
• What happens in the brain and body when we experience stress
• How understanding these connections can help people begin addressing underlying health challenges
This workshop is designed to provide clarity and education around how the body responds to emotional stress and how those responses can affect overall well-being.
This is an educational talk designed to help people better understand the relationship between emotional stress and physical health in today’s world.
