A Reverse Mortgage is a powerful tool for your senior-aged clients that allows them to turn their home equity into liquidity, without a repayment or tax burden. This means home equity can be accessed and utilized as an additional source for helping your clients fund their retirement (rather than just seeing home equity as "legacy" wealth to be passed on to the next generation).
