Revenge of the Rangers 5

WE'RE BACK!! After a year off we're so happy to bring back Revenge of the Rangers! This event is for all of us who were lucky enough to attend middle school in Lakewood Ohio (and families and guests). Alumni of all ages from each Lakewood middle school will compete in simple old-school, picnic-style games to win bragging rights and the title of “2026 Revenge of the Rangers Champions” (EMERSON is the reigning champs and have won ALL FOUR past years!). There will be a HUGE BBQ feast, raffle, old school games, old and new friends and plenty of laughs!
There will be FOUR teams -
Harding
Horace Mann
Emerson
Saints - men and women who attended any Lakewood parochial school
Schedule for the day (approximate):
10:00ish - Check in starts
11:00 - Event officially begins
12:00(ish) - Gigantic feast
1:00 - Group Pictures
1:15 - Raffle
2:00 - Egg Toss
2:30 - Game #2 (likely "Closest to the Pin")
3:00 - Tug of war
3:30 - Regular event ends - Cornhole tournament begins (weather permitting).
This is a rain or shine event and we encourage competitors as well as spectators/cheerleaders to join. Proceeds from the raffle will be used towards several cash prizes for raffle and cornhole tourney prizes with the remainder being donated to charity.
We ask guests to bring a dish to share for the feast and encourage canopies/chairs so we can spread out in the HUGE area we have available to us outside of the pavilion.
