On May the 4th, step into the Rusty Nickel Ice House in Fort Worth Texas, and witness the most ferocious Beard and Mustache Competition in the Galaxy. With lightsaber-sharp style and boundless creativity, participants will unleash their facial hair prowess, all in support of Cancer Care Services of Fort Worth. This event promises an experience that will be a force to be reckoned with for both The Jedis, The Sith, and even the ordinary folks.

CATEGORIES:
1. **Jedi Master Mustache **
(General Mustache)
A styled or natural mustache of any length, shaped with the precision of a Jedi. Styling aids are permitted. Sideburns unconnected to the mustache are permissible but must not overshadow the Force within your 'stache.
2. **Wookiee Beard with Galactic Mustache **
(Full Beard with Styled Mustache)
Competitors must sport a full Wookiee-style beard of any length, accompanied by a finely styled mustache worthy of a space-faring hero. Styling aids are permitted for the mustache only. May the best beards and mustaches from across the galaxy win!
3. **Droid-O-Rama **
(Whiskerina Creative)
Let your creativity soar by using any beard or mustache style to inspire your design. Your creation should hang freely on the face or head area, much like a quirky droid accessory.
4. **Lightsaber Freestyle Beard **
(Freestyle Beard)
Unleash your imagination in this freestyle category where anything goes. Styling products are highly encouraged. Competitors will be judged on their out-of-this-galaxy creativity.
5. **Alderaanian Elegance **
(Whiskerina Realistic)
Unleash your creativity by using any beard or mustache style as inspiration for a realistic beard or moustache design. Your creation should hang freely on the face or head area.
6. **Rogue Squadron Red Beard™ **
(Texas Red Beard™)
Only contestants with fiery red hair can enter this category. Emphasize your ginger color and consider your growth. It's all about showcasing the redness of your beard, Rogue Squadron style. May the force (and the red beard) be with you!
7. **Rebel Alliance Chops **
(Chops)
Shave your chin at least 1.5 inches wide, allowing for optional upper lip hair. The mustache may or may not be connected – choose your "friendly" or "unfriendly" chops style. No styling aids allowed; rely on your Rebel spirit!
8. **Tatooine Goatee **
(Goatee)
Embrace the natural look with a goatee that appears as it grows on Tatooine. Keep it unaltered, with no styling aids, and maintain a clean-shaven section between the head hair and the beard.
9. **Ewok Explorer Beard **
(Donegal/Whaler)
Showcase your natural full beard without a mustache in the style of Whalers, Abe Lincoln, or the Amish. No styling aids allowed. Points awarded for length, girth, and shape, with extra points for a true mustache absence. May the Ewok spirit guide your beard journey!
10. **Imperial Business Beard **
(Business Beard under 4 inches)
Keep it sleek and professional with a groomed beard no longer than 4 inches. Shaping and manscaping are encouraged, as Imperial businessmen maintain their appearance impeccably. Styling aids are allowed. May the Imperial business force be with you!
11. **Sith Lord Groomed Beard **
(Groomed Beard under 7 inches)
Show off your dark side with a groomed beard under 7 inches in length, reminiscent of the sinister Sith. Judges will evaluate your overall appearance and how menacingly dapper you are. Styling aids are allowed in the beard only.
12. **Chewbacca's Full Beard **
(Full Beard Natural under 12 inches)
Let your natural full beard shine with pride. Competitors will be judged on length, fullness, and overall appearance. The use of styling products is strictly forbidden.
13. **Wookiee Warrior Full Beard **
(Full Beard Natural over 12 inches)
For those with truly impressive full beards, showcase your mighty growth. Competitors will be judged on the grandeur of their beard, its fullness, and overall appearance, all in its natural glory with no styling products allowed.

Friday Evening: Embark on a thrilling pub crawl and meet and greet on the historic Fort Worth stockyards on the night of May the 3rd. It'll be a night filled with wookie-worthy adventures and camaraderie, where bearded warriors from all walks of life can bond over their shared love for facial follicles.
