Classes occur every 2nd Sunday & 3rd Monday.
✨During this active breathing session, you will release pent-up emotions so you can feel lighter and free. After a breathwork experience we can feel naturally high.
✨Please bring a journal and water, and an open heart and mind.

NOTE: Please arrive 5 mins early to get set up and use the restroom. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to the structure of the class. Doors will be closed and locked at class start time.
✨What is Revelation Breathwork?✨
The Revelation Breathwork Experience with Camy will allow you to access higher consciousness and insights. Often long-held patterns of stuckness will be revealed and released in a state of love. This 50 minute open mouth guided breathing experience can release stress, frustration, fear and anxiety. The results are a feeling of openness and relaxation. Some people experience the feeling of being “high” as it activates the same parts of the brain as in plant medicine. Join us and bliss out.
Revelation Breathwork connects you with your True Self - perfect, whole, expansive, and eternally connected to the Source. This active meditation is an embodiment practice designed around Spiritual Psychology principles, chakra activations, and a curated musical experience in a safe space for your healing journey.
✨What to Expect✨
Revelation Breathwork is the ideal activity for so many because it truly meets you where you are. If you need physical relaxation, emotional release, a mental break from constant thought and worry, you will receive that. If you are open to mystical experiences, you can have that as well. Sessions take place lying down on a yoga mat with an eye covering. There will be a "primal scream" portion of class to let out any stuck emotions.
