But Mr. Revana does not stop there - looking for new vineyards and terroir to express new flavors, we will make voyages to enjoy a variety of wines from estates in the Willamette Valley, Mendoza. Tasting wines from each site will be an educational & entertaining way to compare & contrast the distinct characteristics of both varietal and terroir.Join Dr. Revana to explore not only his extravagant Cabernets, but also wines from the sister estates served alongside a wonderful four-course dinner created by Executive Chef David Daniels.
