HO HO HO! It's time to PARTY!!!Join us for 75 minutes of booty shakin' with this Zumba and PomSquad Fitness combo class with a short break inbetween! We'll be sprinkling in some holiday favorites into the mix! Free non-alcoholic will be provided!
Class will be at the NorShor Theater and will be led by the Rev Fitness Krew.

This class is located in one of the studio rooms on the third floor at the NorShor Theater: 211 E Superior St, Duluth, MN 55802
Registration is required for entrance.
Doors will lock 10 minutes before class, so please arrive on time!
*If you are late and miss entry to class you will still be charged for class.
PomSquad is a super fun, immensely positive, dance fitness! You'll be shaking your poms and shaking your groove thang to today’s hits and yesterday’s favorites. This class is inclusive, encouraging, and easy to follow for all skill levels. PomSquad Fitness features a variety of dance styles and unique choreography. There is something for everyone!
Zumba/Dance Cardio mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, dance fitness class. It's a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
Worried you don't have enough rhythm or experience? Don't worry because this class is for EVERYONE! All skill levels are encouraged to join! The only requirement is to have fun!
