SCHEDULE:
5:30-6:30 pm Check-in, social time, lawn games
7:00 pm Class Group Photo
7:10 pm Dinner - Catered by Meier’s BBQ
7:45 -8:30 pm Program
Flameless campfire gathering on the lawn following the program till 9:30 p.m.
MENU: Pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, *baked beans, potato salad, *green salad, *fresh fruit. There will be water available, but we recommend bringing your own beverage. *indicates vegetarian, gluten free & vegan options.
WHAT TO BRING:
Your own beverage (no alcohol is allowed in the park).
Camp chair. There is picnic table seating, but we will be gathering on the lawn for our “flameless” firepit & conversation area. So, if you have a chair, please bring it.
