Join us for a Momentum Reunion Picnic in New York City.
Whether you’ve been involved for years or are just getting introduced, you’re welcome here. This is a chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet new people, and spend time together outside the usual setting.
Join us for a free afternoon of connection, conversation, and community!
This is a relaxed, open gathering for anyone who has been part of the Momentum community, along with friends, family, children, and guests who haven't gone through momentum yet.
We'll be gathering on the upper Peninsula Park area near the waterfront.
We look forward to spending the afternoon together!
You’re encouraged to wear your LT t-shirt (obviously, not mandatory.)
What to Bring:
- Picnic food or snacks (optional)
- Friends, family, children, and guests, including non-Momentum graduates
- Something to sit on if you’d like (blanket or chair)
Additional Notes:
- This is a free, open community event
- Close to public transportation. Limited parking is available nearby at garages and streets.
- Dress comfortably for a day outdoors
About Gantry Plaza State Park
Gantry Plaza State Park is a 12-acre riverside oasis that boasts spectacular views of the midtown Manhattan skyline, including the Empire State Building and the United Nations. Enjoy a relaxing stroll along the park's four piers or through the park's manicured gardens and unique mist fountain. Along the way, take a moment to admire the rugged beauty of the park's centerpieces — restored gantries. These industrial monuments were once used to load and unload railcar floats and barges; today, they are striking reminders of our waterfront's past. With the city skyline as a backdrop and the gantries as a stage, the park's plaza is a wonderful place to enjoy a spring or summer concert.
