Reunion party 2022 for Past & Present employee's of Trailfinders Ltd

Whether you started your employment with Trailfinders Ltd when it first opened its doors in October 1970 or you are a current employee with this multi award winning Travel company, enjoy a night of reuniting, reminiscing, sharing memories and meeting new people.

21 May 2022 at 19.00hours– 00.40hours at Ealing Sports Club, Vallis Way, West Ealing, London W13 0DD. Dress code - None, whatever makes you happy. ? Please arrive by 20.00hrs.

£55 per ticket which includes, the cost of venue hire, one arrival drink of Processco or soft drink, canapes, BBQ or Buffet food depending on the weather to make use of BBQ option outdoors, DJ entertainment from 19.00hrs. A ticket sale fee charged by 'EventBrite' to operate a ticket purchase facility on behalf of everyone attending.

Pre-paid ticket event only. Tickets are purchased through the ‘Eventbrite’ link (provided on Facebook group page) which will be launched on 16 February 2022 at 00.01hrs; all tickets must be purchased by 16 March 2022 at 00.01hrs. No exceptions.

>Toilets: Toilets are located behind the Damien Bugeja Stand, in the Centenary Clubhouse and the Grandstand.

>Cash Machines: There are no cash machines located at the club, however cash can be withdrawn from behind the bar in Centenary Clubhouse.

>First Aid: First aid will be available. If you require medical assistance, please seek help from a member of staff who will assist and/or direct you to the nearest first aid.

>Disability Access: Accessible car parking, disabled toilets and seating is available.

>Bar: The Sports Club bar offers an extensive selection of alcoholic and soft drinks to keep you refreshed. Trailfinders Sports Club is sponsored by Greene King who supply all beverages. This includes a selection of draught beer from Guinness to carefully selected lagers and IPA’s. Drinks from the bar are not complimentary or included in the ticket price. Drinks from the bar are not complimentary or included in the ticket price. Last orders will be called 20 minutes before the end of the applicable licensed hours and the hire period. The bar will be closed, and the music must stop at the end of the hire period. All guests are asked to leave within 30 minutes of this time.

Either from Paddington to Ealing Broadway and then a bus. Or from West Ealing and Greenford to Castle Bar Park station, over the bridge and a 2 min walk (no Sunday service).

The 297, E1, E2, E7, E9, E10, come within 2 mins walk of the club, alight at Scotch Common. From Ealing Broadway Station, the bus stop is across the road.

Postcode for Sat Nav W13 0DD. Convenient to the A40, A4 and North Circular.

From the A40 take the B452 turn-off towards Ealing (signposted as Perivale) along the Argyle Road. Pass through a set of traffic lights and across a roundabout. At the second roundabout, turn right into Vallis Way. Trailfinders Sports Club entrance is at the end of the road. Parking is Free for 21 May 2022. Parking is only permitted in the allocated bays or in the overflow carpark. By prior arrangement cars may be left overnight in the car park at the owner’s risk.

Trailfinders Ltd and Trailfinders Sports Club will not be accountable for any loss of personal belongings, damage accidental or otherwise at the event or for cancellation costs incurred by individuals or groups. Liabilities caused by individuals or groups of people at the Event will be passed on to those responsible and made accountable for their actions this includes financial accountability. The Liability section below is a Trailfinders Sports Clubs condition, however as mentioned here individuals/groups will be contacted should there be any liabilities to impose.

LIABILITY The client shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the Club or its contents arising from an event, and shall pay TFSC on demand, the amount required to make good, remedy or replace such damage. We also reserve the right to retain some, or all, of your deposit if the number of guests attending exceed the numbers advised at the time of booking, there is damage or theft of property to our neighbours or unreasonable mess, or rubbish is left on site to be cleared. The club accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury to person or property unless it is caused as a direct result of negligence on the part of the Club.

The organiser of the event does not hold responsibility for loss of ticket purchase due to personal circumstances or personal belongings at the event. If a ticket is cancelled the sale of the ticket will be used towards the cost of the event which would include a £250 deposit paid by the Event organier Tracey Jakeman-Johnson, additional expenses outlaid for décor, printing costs if any, fees incurred to organise the event and/or donated to a chosen registered charity details of which would be posted on the group page should this be the case. No names will be posted on the group page if you must cancel.

Cancellation of the Event ;- this does not include cancellation by the individual, in which there is no refund.

The Event Organiser Tracey Jakeman-Johnson and Trailfinders Sports Club management team shall promptly notify us if the Event is cancelled or does not take place for any reason.

We will not authorise a refund, transfer, or deferral without the express permission of the Event Organisers. We reserve the right to charge a fee to cover administrative costs where a refund, transfer or deferral is authorised by the Event Organisers

Where all or part of the Event Fee is held by us at the time of the Event being cancelled, we will work with the Event Organisers to determine the most efficient means to reimburse participants. Where none of the Event Fee is held by us at the time of the Event being cancelled, the Event Organisers must pay the total sum due to us to reimburse participants prior to any refunds being processed by us. We reserve the right to refuse to process any refunds on behalf of the Event Organisers.

Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or a Lockdown imposed by the UK government will ensure refunds are possible. Additionally, if the numbers of ticket purchases fall below the Venue’s minimum requirement of 70 guests, then the event will be cancelled or postponed.

Social Media Consent

It is respectfully requested that any photographs, videos or other social media footage taken at the event has permission from those involved prior to uploading/publishing.

No person/s are permitted to enter without a pre-paid ticket. Ticket purchase proof will be required prior to entry. This is to allow fair allocation of tickets to those that have genuinely worked for or are working for Trailfinders Ltd from any of Trailfinders offices/departments/locations. No ticket sales beyond the cutoff date 16 March 2022, this includes the possible loss of £250 paid by the Event organiser should the numbers exceed that agreed with Trailfinders Sports Club prior to the Event.
