Deposits & Payments:

Gratuity of $64 per person is NOT included in the cost, but can be paid prior to sailing OR when you board the ship. Yacht Club guests pays $80 per person.

Deposit costs are as follows;

(All categories)- DEPOSITS are $99 per person

There must be a payment made every 60 days until final payment, to maintain the reservation. If for any reason you are unable to make a payment, please reach out to me asap. Full payments are due by the date shown in the payment schedule. If full payments are not made by the final payment date, the booking is subject to cancellation
The payments can be made via the following;

Contact the Travel Advisor via email ([email protected]) to schedule a call to provide payment details OR

Request a credit card authorization form from the Travel Advisor, complete and return for processing.

Refunds/Cancellations:

Cancellations should be done by December 31, 2026 to avoid penalties.
Name changes are allowed prior to the final payment date, May 1st 2027.
Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to [email protected]. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 72 hours, please call (754)-444-1954 to ensure your information was received. Please inform your roommate of your cancellation since they will be responsible for paying a 'Single' occupancy rate, if you are not replaced. You may also incur penalties as a result of the cancellation, depending on the deadlines provided. You have until Jan 1st 2027 to cancel your booking.
NO reimbursement will be given in the event that someone misses the cruise due to flight delays or other unforeseen circumstance. Hence the reason travel insurance is important.

Payment schedule is created to make the payment process easier on cruisers. The payments are due BEFORE or BY the following dates. You can make a higher or more frequent payments if you wish;
