About this Event

During this interactive gathering, participants will explore the rich history and science behind drumming, learn how rhythm can support wellness and connection, and experience the power of a guided drum circle. Following the drum circle, attendees will have the opportunity to personalize and decorate their own drum.

*Please note: This is NOT a drum-making class. Participants will be decorating pre-made drums. Drums are highly recommended for participation in the drum circle experience.

Whether you are returning to SheForce or attending for the first time, this welcoming event offers a chance to connect with other women veterans and loved ones while engaging in a meaningful and creative experience.
