Focused on our third energy point, the heart center, this experience will use the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and other instruments to guide you toward rediscovering your inner authenticity. As the sound journey unfolds, you'll be gently led to reconnect with the pure essence of your soul, opening the door to a greater sense of self-love and compassion.

This sound bath invites you to embrace grace and acceptance, releasing any barriers that keep you from fully loving yourself. Whether you're seeking a deeper connection to your inner self or simply looking to bask in the transformative energy of love, this event will leave you feeling renewed, radiant, and at peace. Allow the vibrations to align your heart with the truth of who you are, creating space for a return to love in all its beautiful forms.

We are offering $55 tickets or 2 for $100 special.

LiveMetta Yoga does provide yoga mats, blankets and bolsters as a first come, first serve basis. Please ensure you bring your own yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and any additional comforts you might need.

Please bring the following for the sound bath:
- Yoga Mat
- Blanket
- Pillow
- Eye Covering (this helps to maximize the theta experience)
- Cushion to prop the legs up
- Water
- Wear comfortable and loose clothing

We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings  for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
