Join us for this one of a kind event where you will receive a cleansing postpartum Yoni steam while Hilary Valentine, pelvic floor therapist and doula, leads a conversation about returning to sex in postpartum.

The event is open to all moms, however only moms who are not pregnant and at least 6 weeks postpartum will be able to steam due to safety protocols.
