Rather than setting intentions or focusing on what needs to change, this evening is about re-centering — coming back into the body, settling the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself before roles, plans, or identities take hold again.
It’s an invitation to land.
You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed, receptive state through sound, allowing the busyness of the holidays and the transition into a new year to soften naturally. There’s nothing to figure out, release, or resolve. Simply being present is enough.
The soundbath will include:
Clear crystal singing bowls
Alchemy singing bowls
Seasonal chimes
Spacious time for stillness and integration
This is a 90-minute experience designed to support grounding, rest, and a gentle return to yourself — without heaviness or demand.
