Mandatory, paid training to be completed before getting uniform and being able to work.
These training sessions are geared towards prepping instructors for the upcoming sesason. Topics will cover: New happenings at resort, PSIA-AASI updates, Leveling process updates, class management, in depth day in the life of all programs, ski/ride performance training, teaching progression practice with feedback
