Return to Yourself: Why Self-Love Still Feels So Hard
About this Event
Return to Yourself: Why Self-Love Still Feels So Hard
You know what you should do.
You know you deserve rest.
You know you deserve better boundaries.
You know you should stop speaking to yourself the way you do.
And yet somehow you still find yourself putting everyone else first.
Performing to please others.
Ignoring your body's signals.
Promising yourself things you never quite follow through on.
Most women think it's a not-trying-hard-enough-problem. Or that they're fundamentally not good enough, not deserving enough, not-worth-enough.
I don't.
I think this is an instructional manual problem.
Because self-love isn't something you feel when you're finally "good enough".
It's a practice.
It's the small moments where you choose not to abandon yourself - and nobody taught us how to do this.
In this free talk we'll explore:
• Why self-awareness alone doesn't create change
• The hidden ways self-abandonment shows up in everyday life
• Why so many women struggle to keep promises to themselves
• How safety, capacity and self-trust influence behaviour
• A different way of understanding self-love that goes way deeper affirmations and positive thinking
• How your body's natural psychedelic compounds can catalyse change
This talk is for you if:
• You've done inner work but still feel stuck in familiar patterns
• You often put other people's needs before your own
• You struggle to follow through on what you know is good for you
• You're curious about building a deeper sense of self-trust and self-respect
• You're ready for practical, embodied growth rather than more information
What women have said about working with Arizona:
"The key difference is how I’ve changed on the inside. The things that used to get to me don’t matter anymore because I know I’m worth more. Arizona’s teaching is grounded and relatable and she often shared personal stories which really drove home the value of the information she was sharing."
"The difference from start to now is that I believe in myself more and feel stronger for it."
"I was impressed by the effort you put in to creating trust, from the outset."
"Working with Arizona, I began to rebuild trust in myself and got better at listening to my instincts. She listened to me and I felt properly heard, and she purposefully made space for me to feel safe working through whatever tough emotions the training brought up."
About Your Facilitator:
Hi, I'm Arizona.
For nearly a decade I've helped people build confidence, boundaries and self-trust through trauma adjacent work, self-defence coaching and personal development.
Bad B*tch Energy exists for women who know what they need to do, but are struggling to fully live it.
This talk is the first event in The Bad B*tch Summer Series, with an opportunity to continue the journey through a practical workshop later throughout Summer.
