Return to Self is an immersive day of feminine healing, heart opening, and embodied energy work designed to help you reconnect with your body's wisdom and awaken the energy within you.

Through intentional movement, breath, energy practices, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony, we will explore the power of releasing stagnant energy and allowing it to move freely through the chakras. As we soften the tension we carry and begin to let go of old patterns, we create space for greater pleasure, presence, vitality, and connection.

This is an invitation to move beyond the person you were trained to be and reconnect with the woman you truly are. To listen to your body's quiet knowing. To feel pleasure and aliveness in every cell of your being. To open your heart to giving and receiving, and to rediscover the freedom of being fully present in your own body.

Held in the warmth of women's sisterhood, we will create space for authentic expression, shared healing, and the powerful reminder that we do not have to do this alone. Together, we honor the feminine, nurture connection, and cultivate the courage to take up space as our most authentic selves.

We will close by grounding what has been awakened, honoring our individual boundaries, and carrying the insights of the day into our everyday lives.
