About this Event
The Return to Wholeness Retreat is an intimate half-day women’s retreat designed to help you reconnect with your body, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and create a more sustainable approach to wellness that feels true to who you are.
Through guided reflection, journaling, gentle movement, subconscious pattern work, practical nutritional support, and a nourishing shared meal, guests will move through a clear inner arc: arrive, notice, understand, release, choose, and commit.
The retreat is experiential and transformative, and is meant to help you slow down, listen carefully, and leave with meaningful next steps that feel authentic enough to your essential self to keep.
By the end of the retreat, you should walk away with a clearer understanding of where you feel stuck, how stress and holding patterns shape your choices, and grounded micro-steps to usher you towards a wellness practice you can sustain in daily life.
