Return to Softness – January Restoration Sound Bath

We are so excited to have a new space to offer sound healings!

Join Hillary Rose, Louisville sound alchemist, at Portal @ fifteen TWELVE for a 1 hour immersive sound experience.

We recommend to bring a nicely-padded yoga mat AND BLANKET to lie on, a pillow for comfort, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Also, please wear comfortable clothing. Whatever will help you be your most comfy!

DOORS OPEN AT 6PM.

SOUND BATH 6:30-7:30PM

Please arrive on time as it is essential to create a harmonious environment for all participants. This allows you and everyone to settle into the space, honor our energies, and fully engage in the experience without disruptions.
