Join Singing Bowls of the Rockies for Return to Self: Sound Bath & Tea Circle, an evening created to help you step away from the constant noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

This experience weaves together the calming ritual of tea with a deeply immersive live sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, and other soothing instruments. As the layers of sound and vibration fill the space, many guests experience a profound sense of calm, emotional release, mental clarity, and physical relaxation.

This is not about “doing” anything perfectly. It’s about giving yourself permission to pause. To breathe deeper. To soften your nervous system. To sit in stillness, warmth, and community for a while.

Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, creatively disconnected, burnt out, anxious, or simply craving intentional rest, this evening is designed to support you. Many guests leave feeling lighter, grounded, centered, and more connected to themselves than they have in weeks.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where people are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various overtone-emitting instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. During a sound bath, people lie down and listen to resonant sounds, allowing their brain waves to slow and shift from a more active state to a more relaxed or dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, explore self-inquiry and self-discovery, and help people let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries. A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.

Our sound baths may include the following instruments: over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls (including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls), Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other traditional instruments from around the world.

To help us care for our premium floor cushions, please bring 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭 to cover your mat and (optional) 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐭 to stay warm during the sound bath. You’re also welcome to bring a 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 for extra comfort. This helps us maintain a clean, cozy space for everyone. No yoga mat needed! Come dressed comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

For the best experience and to ensure a harmonious start for all participants, we kindly request your timely arrival. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury, tinnitus, epilepsy, metal in the body, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
