The winter solstice is a natural time of rest and retreat. Join us in settling into a deep practice that will nourish your mind, body and spirit. Connect with yourself and those around you through yoga, restoration (meditation/mindfulness) and sound healing (crystal singing bowls). All are welcome - no experience needed. Co-led by Teresa Eigel & Caitlin McGrew, both 500 RYT.
