A safe space in which to develop your inner power, with the balance between the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine aspects of life.Our last several years of challenges and adjustments to life's demands inspired Kuma to hold Sacred Space for men to gather and share at the end of January 2024. The intention is to have monthly gatherings for "check-ins", with likely more frequent workshops to get into the specific points of focus in our lives. This will help direct the life of the Sacred Men's group. A co-creative process by the ever-changing demands of life, for men in particular.
Such as how do we show up, and how do our expectations of ourselves, co-mingle with women and children alike? Retaining our child-like aspects for example is something to honour and respect ourselves, and in order to respect inter-generational sustainability with harmony. We will cover this, along with a list to look forward to dive into! Kuma will share many tools that may work in various efficacy from one attendee to the next. In this safe space, you can develop your inner power, with the balance between the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine aspects of life.
Tools such as breathwork, self-care practices, and avenues to create healthy relationships on the various levels of demand, throughout the 4 stages of life, as a child into young adults, into full adulthood, and well into later years as a healthy functioning elderly. Proven methods to create healthy boundaries, such as non-violent communication will be used.
