There comes a moment in a woman’s life when she realizes…

She was never truly broken. Never truly lost. Never lacking power.

She simply learned how to shrink in order to survive.

To become quieter. Safer. More acceptable. More needed. Less emotional. Less visible.

Less herself.

RETURN TO HER CIRCLE™ is a sacred 2-hour women’s experience designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom, truth, softness, and power that have always existed within you.

This is not about becoming someone new.

This is about returning to the woman beneath the conditioning, the pressure, the survival patterns, and the emotional armor.

We will start a tea ceremony/ tea mindfulness at the beginning with Jia. Please arrive early to settle our minds. We will start on time.

After that, we will explore: Together, we will explore:

• nervous system regulation
• feminine embodiment
• emotional safety
• self-worth
• identity and subconscious patterns
• releasing hyper-independence
• reconnecting with intuition and inner truth

This experience will include:

• guided healing practices
• nervous system regulation exercises
• embodiment work
• reflection and journaling
• subconscious reprogramming elements
• powerful group connection
• a grounding closing integration

You do not need to have everything figured out.

You simply need to be willing to meet yourself honestly.

Because your power was never gone.

It was simply buried beneath survival.

And this evening is an invitation to return to her.

Please be on time or plan to arrive 15 mins early. The door will be locked 10 minutes after the event time. Our door is right next to the Pumphouse Cafe. Please look for a glass door with " the Studio 1016". Weekend or evening access: please ring the doorbell in the mail box. We will get the door for you. We have a parking lot next to the building and free street parking. BUT BE AWARE THE SIGN for some areas.

Our tea house requests that you leave your shoes off for our sacred space; feel free to bring your socks if you don't like being barefoot. This event is not refundable if you can’t make it at the last minute. Please let us know at least 2 days ahead. Thank you so much for your understanding.
