About this Event
Return to Her is a one-day immersive experience created for women to slow down, release, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath the noise of everyday life.
This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list or becoming a “better” version of yourself. It’s an invitation to step away from the outside world, come back into your body, and create space to simply feel, receive, and be.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through intentional movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, a heart-opening cacao ritual, self-inquiry, expressive movement, sound healing, nourishing food, and meaningful connection with other women.
There will also be space to explore curated wellness experiences, connect with aligned practitioners and brands, and enjoy moments of rest and community.
