Return to Earth - Sound & Voice Ceremony

In honor of Earth Day, this Sound & Voice Ceremony is an intentional space to pause from the outside world and reconnect with the grounding presence of the earth and with yourself.

Through intuitive singing and live instruments such as shruti box, sansula, drum, and ngoni, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound journey that supports deep rest, emotional integration, and inner stillness.

The voice is at the heart of this experience—emerging organically in the moment—Sheau weaves intuitive singing and tonal sounds throughout the experience, creating a deeply attuned field that supports the body in softening, opening, and grounding to encourage subtle inner integration.

No prior experience is needed. Participants are invited to lie down, relax, and simply receive the sound.

Details:

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in, so we can begin on time
• Doors close at 6:35 PM to respect the container
• Yoga mats will be provided
• You are welcome to bring a pillow, mat, blanket, and eye mask for added comfort
