🌿 Return to Center: A 4-Week Nervous System ResetIn a world that often leaves us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, it can be hard to know how to truly slow down and come back to ourselves.
Return to Center is a 4-week workshop designed to help you regulate your nervous system, feel more grounded, and build simple, supportive practices you can use in your everyday life.
Through a blend of somatic (body-based) practices, breathwork, gentle movement, grounding techniques, and sound healing, you’ll learn how to work with your nervous system—so you can feel more calm, steady, and supported.
Each session includes guided practices, reflection, and a restorative sound bath for deeper integration.
🌊 What You’ll Experience
Nervous system awareness + recognizing early signs of stress
Movement and grounding practices (including nature-based tools)
Breathwork and sound to support regulation
Simple ways to “sprinkle” these tools into your daily life

Wednesdays, April 29 – May 20 (4 weeks)
Two session options available:
• 1:00 – 2:00 PM (Daytime)
• 5:00 – 6:00 PM (Early Evening)
